The Three Sisters are the first three water nymphs to have been successfully confined within the Nereth’s bottles. Thanks to this success, the water nymphs may now journey across the world via the bottles they inhabit with water samples from their domain. The water nymphs were no longer bound to their habitat and could roam freely like mortals as long as they are connected to a bottle through their gemstone. Without one, and without being melded to a jewel, the water nymph will be tied.
Valindra was the first water nymph to undergo the trial of melding a gemstone to her chest. She is the Perfume Nymph pillar and is the symbol for sexuality, beauty and charisma.
Shanara was the second water nymph to undergo the trial of melding two gemstones to her chest. She is the Elixir Nymph pillar and is the symbol for tranquility, healing and harmony.
Ilyanna was the third water nymph to undergo the trial of melding a gemstone to her chest. If it had been successful, she would have been the second elixir nymph.
