Site Rules

This page does not supersede the Terms of Service page.

 

All users must be at least 18.

If you are under the age of 18, you will be banned from all Bottle Nymph platforms and your characters will be voided.

If you transfer any Bottle Nymph design to a user who is under 18, both parties will be banned.

Do not involve anyone under the age of 18 with Bottle Nymph content, such as commissions or designs of Bottle Nymph characters.

 

Harassment 

Harassment in any way, shape or form is not allowed nor tolerated on any Bottle Nymph platform. Harassment can be described as but not limited to:

• Real World Threats

This includes but is not limited to content or links to content which:

Refer to violence or death in any capacity towards anyone*

Releasing any real-life personal information about anyone*

‘Anyone’ is defined as any person online or offline

• Discrimination & Hatred

This includes but is not limited to content or links to content which promotes discrimination or hatred of or insultingly refers to:

Any race, nation, or culture

Any aspect of sexual orientation or gender identity

Religions or religious figures

Real-world political figures

Physical or mental disabilities

This also includes any content or links to content which promote genocide or fascism. These are not allowed as they are based on hatred and the elimination or subjugation of other races, cultures, religions, sexuality, identity, or disability. Any user found promoting these will be banned without warning and without the option for appeal. 

• Personal Attacks

This includes but is not limited to content or links to content with:

Name-calling or insults

Call-outs

Mini-modding

Malicious reporting

Blacklisting

Stalking or impersonation

“Trauma-dumping” & Venting

• Trolling

This includes but is not limited to content or links to content with:

Commenting/posting in a manner intended to elicit overly strong negative and emotional responses

Commenting/posting for shock value

Using thread titles or link descriptions to “bait” players into clicking

Attempts to derail threads

Personal attacks

 

Site Content

Users are allowed to swear across Bottle Nymph platforms, but may not direct foul language at other users or staff. Slurs are not allowed.

 

NSFW content that is sexually suggestive or explicit is allowed under the respective “NSFW” tag. Posting NSFW content outside of those channels is NOT allowed.

NSFW content that is not allowed on any Bottle Nymph platform is described below:

• Sexual content containing rape or sexual assault

• Content referencing pedophilia (including "lolicon/shotacon", "ageplay", and "DDLG"), bestiality, or incest

• Content involving bodily waste

• Fetish-related content

• Gore and body horror

• Self harm or suicide

AI

Prompting generative artificial intelligence for content to be posted across Bottle Nymph sites is strictly prohibited and will result in a ban. This includes images, writing and videos. 

 

We do not consider the images, writing, and videos made through prompting AI programs to be art. These models did not acquire consent from the artists whose work they were trained on. 

 

We cannot support AI generators that are trained on stolen work. Artwork (images, writing, and videos) posted to our site or affiliated sites should be work of your own creation or art you’ve commissioned from a real person and artist.

URL Shorteners 

URL shorteners are strictly prohibited anywhere on the Bottle Nymph sites. This tool masks the destination location of the link, preventing you from seeing exactly where the link goes when hovered over or when using ‘Inspect’. 

 

URL shorteners are meant to be used on social media platforms where there may be character limits and engagement tracking. These services provide marketing options that allow the person posting the link to collect metrics (data) on the people who click their link. This information can be drilled down to even your city location.

Trades and Sales

Users may trade, sell or gift their official Bottle Nymph designs or items. Bottle Nymph currencies may only be gifted or traded, they cannot be sold for real world currencies. 

We reserve the right to place restrictions on sales or trades of Bottle Nymph goods at any time. 

 

Cross-trading or gifting Bottle Nymph goods for other site goods is permitted. Selling is not permitted.

 

All official Bottle Nymph designs that are for sale will be hosted on BottleNymphs.com. Users must have a Bottle Nymph account in order to receive Bottle Nymph goods from a sale, trade or transfer. 

*Pre website release designs will be sold via Discord or DeviantArt.

 

We are not liable for transactions between users, but may take action in response to fraudulent transactions conducted across Bottle Nymph sites. The user is, however, responsible for any fees, damages or losses caused by transactions with other users and we are not required to get involved in any disputes.
