Bottle Nymphs reserves the right to update these terms at any time. All updates will be made apparent via site news.

 

Account Info

Upon creating an account, a user agrees to provide accurate information when registering. This includes:

• Providing a valid email address.

• Providing your own date of birth.

 

It is the user’s responsibility to create a strong password and to ensure said password is secure from others.

 

To prevent misinformation, users may not share accounts or account details with any other user. This also means that a maximum of one account is permitted per individual user.

Your account may not be given away and cannot be sold to another user or person.

 

Bottle Nymphs maintains the right to ban or suspend an account at any time for any reason without notification.

 

Public discussion of or relating to specific incidents of account suspension or termination is not permitted. Any and all inquiries regarding an account action must be directed to the page ‘Contact Us’ by any affected parties. Bottle Nymphs will never disclose account-related issues with anyone but the owner of the affected account.

 

Conduct

• You may not use the site for unlawful purposes. This includes posting, distributing or promoting content that is illegal.

• You may not post unsolicited advertising in chat or private messages.

• Distributing material that may cause harm to the site or its users is not permitted. This includes programs designed to damage, disrupt or allow unauthorized access to user accounts.

• Do not share your sensitive information or information of others.

• Impersonation of another person or of Bottle Nymph staff is not permitted.

• Harassment of other users is not permitted. This includes abusive language, spamming or encouraging other users to target an individual. More information on harassment can be found in site rules. Comments that are abusive, aggressive, personally insulting or threatening are not permitted.

• Real world pornography of any kind is not permitted. Any and all NSFW content must pertain to Bottle Nymphs and should be posted in their appropriate channels.

• You agree to and abide by the site rules and policies for all places where players can input text, including but not limited to: forum messages, user profiles, character profiles, content comments, player broadcast messages, character names, usernames and content submissions.

• Exploitation of loopholes or even glitches is not permitted. Any bug discoveries should immediately be reported in ‘Contact Us’.

• The use of bots, scripts, auto-refreshers or third party software designed to play the game for you in any way is not permitted. The same goes for anything that will shortcut or alter site functions to run or appear in ways that are not intended by site design.

• Using bots, scripts or third party software to generate an excessive amount of concurrent connections or potentially damage the site’s stability is not permitted.

 

Links

Bottle Nymphs is not responsible for links shared or posted by users and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement. Use of any link is at the user’s own risk and any suspicious activity must immediately be reported to Bottle Nymphs.

 

Art Sales Policy

Bottle Nymphs encourages users to sell digital services (commissions) for both real world or for virtual currency. Please note that Bottle Nymphs (Lumisha) retains the copyright to its characters and designs.

 

A user may display their fanart/artworks on their personal social media or websites.

 

Tangible merchandise utilizing Bottle Nymphs intellectual property (IP) to be sold for real world currency is not permitted. It may, however, be gifted, traded, purchased with virtual currency or raffled (for free).

 

Artwork utilizing Bottle Nymphs IP may not be added to third party print service stores such as redbubble, deviantart and other similar entities.

 

Artwork sales of original works, both tangible and digital, utilizing the artist’s own IP may be sold by the artist.

 

Virtual Currency Purchases

Virtual currency purchases pertain to any purchases made on Bottle Nymphs’ official shops.

• All virtual currency and in game sales are final and non-refundable.

• All digital purchases made on Bottle Nymphs are for the use of items within the site and are not indicative of personal ownership of said items.

• Players who attempt to issue a chargeback on virtual currency or in game purchases will have their account terminated.

 

License Use

This license pertains to content available on Bottle Nymphs for users to purchase/download and interact with/use for their own account’s benefit.

• Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (such as items found in Venalia’s Clothing) for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

 

Under this license, you may not:

• Use the materials for any commercial purpose.

• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained within the material.

• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.

• Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.

 

Materials provided on the site are sold as is.

 

Limitations

Bottle Nymphs in no way shall be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the site. The site may have periodic downtime for maintenance.
